The Gift of You
Uncover the gift of who you are: beneath stress, overwhelm, pressure, and survival.
The Gift of You is a gentle wellness initiative through Om Mani, created to support nervous system regulation, emotional well-being, mindfulness, movement, rest, and authentic human connection.
Rooted in compassion, accessibility, and community care, these offerings are designed to create spaces where people can reconnect with themselves gently and authentically, beyond the pressure, stress, and pace of everyday life. Inspired by the guidance of my wonderful mentor, Monica Noseworthy
Beginning in June in Windsor, The Gift of You will offer accessible community-centered wellness experiences through dedicated modalities, including:
-
Sri Sri Yoga Sessions (Private or Group)
-
Mental Health Circles (Group, could be your own intimate group with friends/family)
-
Transformational Breathwork (Group)
-
Reiki-infused Evenings (Private or Group Sessions)
-
Compassionate Inquiry-inspired Sessions (available privately)
Offerings are available both in person in Windsor and online internationally.

The Intention
The intention behind The Gift of You is simple:
To create grounded, welcoming spaces where people feel supported, seen, regulated, and connected, without pressure to perform, “fix” themselves, or have everything figured out.
These experiences are beginner-friendly, inclusive, and intentionally designed to support emotional well-being, mindfulness, nervous system awareness, and inner reconnection in a gentle and accessible way.
This work is especially supportive for:
-
people navigating stress or burnout,
-
immigrants and newcomers,
-
women seeking community,
-
highly sensitive individuals,
-
those longing for deeper connection and emotional grounding,
-
anyone seeking softer, more intentional wellness spaces.
