Transformational Breathwork
Your breath holds wisdom.
Transformational Breathwork is a powerful yet gentle practice that uses conscious, connected breathing to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper self-connection. Through the breath, we can begin to soften what has been held, create space for what wants to emerge, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that may have been forgotten beneath stress, overwhelm, or life's demands.
Each session includes intention setting, guided breathwork, and integration, offering an opportunity to release, restore, and return to yourself, one breath at a time.
This work is being offered by Sanskriti as part of her ongoing training and mentorship in Transformational Breathwork. She has studied under breathwork facilitator and mentor Monica Noseworthy through the six-month Embody Your Medicine mentorship program, integrating a trauma-aware, heart-centered approach that honours the wisdom of the body and the unique journey of each individual.

"When we can clear out and release everything that is no longer serving us, then we can bring into our body what is truly yours - Peace, Love, Connection, Freedom, whatever you desire."
~ Monica Ruth Noseworthy
How Breathwork Supports You
These sessions help you reconnect with yourself through awareness, reflection, and intentional growth.

Clarity & Awareness
-
Greater clarity about the stories we constantly tell ourselves. They help us realize the role we play in our lives.
-
Examining our emotions, patterns, and triggers, and the segue to this is through our body.
-
Improved body awareness through our sessions
-
Increased self-trust and emotional resilience

The Role You Play In Your Relationships
-
When we take care of ourselves, we show up better in our relationships with a deeper sense of authenticity and connection to our values
-
We recognize the role we play in our relationships by identifying the most important relationship we have: the one with ourselves
-
This doesn't have to be an either/or relationship; it could exist in duality.

Support During Transitions
-
Transitioning through various aspects and stages of life is never easy; it may be the silent, unacknowledged grief of aging parents, finally able to take that decision you might have been stalling, or any life event: they require us to show up, right?
-
The final piece is the ongoing Integration of insights from sessions into our everyday life, helping us live life with more presence and show up in our authenticity
Each session is grounded in:
-
Curiosity over correction: discovering your inner world at your own pace.
-
Mindful presence: learning to stay with what arises, rather than push it away.
-
Integration tools: practices and reflections that help you carry insight into daily life.
Sessions can be held online or in person and are customized to meet your needs.
