Mental Health Circle

Mental Health Circles at Om Mani are intimate group experiences designed to support self-expression, reflection, and connection through movement, mindfulness, and shared presence.

These circles are born from Sanskriti’s own journey and learning, gathered from years of learning with teachers and mentors across psychology, spirituality, embodiment, and holistic practices. They combine gentle movement, journaling, mindfulness, and ritual elements such as Cacao ceremonies, which invite openness, grounding, and community connection.

Each gathering is guided with sensitivity and care, tailored to the needs of the group, creating a safe environment where participants can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate emotional awareness through shared experiences.

A monthly community offering: Free and open to all ages.

Each HeartSpace Circle is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the simple medicine of presence.

Led by Sanskriti, these gatherings weave together gentle movement, mindfulness, and authentic conversation to support emotional awareness and community connection.

It’s less about talking about mental health and more about feeling into our shared humanity.

Who is this for?
Anyone seeking a shared, compassionate environment for reflection, expression, and connection. Ideal for groups of three or more: including families, friends, or workplaces, who wish to explore mindfulness and embodiment together. It's a great place to start if you feel called to.

 
What to expect in a session?
Each circle unfolds organically. We begin with grounding, followed by movement or dance-based awareness, followed by a Cacao ceremony, journaling and/or discussion, and a closing moment of silence. There is no performance or expectation, simply an invitation to be present, even if you don't wish to participate in any activities.

 
What it is not?
These circles are not therapy or clinical group work. They are experiential, creative spaces rooted in mindfulness, movement, and presence, intended to complement other forms of personal or professional support.
