Mental Health Coaching
At Om Mani, Mental Health Coaching is a reflective and supportive process designed to help you understand yourself more deeply and live with greater authenticity and ease.
With a Master’s degree in Psychology and years of experience in the fields of personal development and emotional well-being, I bring both psychological insight and intuitive presence to my work.
My sessions are inspired by the Compassionate Inquiry approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté and Sat Dharam Kaur, through which I am currently completing professional training. This framework helps uncover the subconscious patterns, beliefs, and early experiences that shape how we think, feel, and relate today, not through judgment, but through gentle awareness.
In our sessions, we work together to explore what lies beneath the surface of stress, self-criticism, or emotional overwhelm, creating space for clarity, acceptance, and inner alignment.

“The attempt to escape from pain, is what creates more pain.”
-Dr. Gabor Maté
How Mental Health Coaching Supports You
Mental Health Coaching helps you reconnect with yourself through awareness, reflection, and intentional growth.
Each session is grounded in:
-
Curiosity over correction: discovering your inner world at your own pace.
-
Mindful presence: learning to stay with what arises, rather than push it away.
-
Integration tools: practices and reflections that help you carry insight into daily life.
Sessions can be held online or in person and are customized to meet your needs.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who is this for?
This work is for individuals seeking deeper understanding of their emotions, habits, or patterns. It supports anyone navigating stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or a desire to live with more authenticity and balance.
What to expect in a session?
Sessions are conversational and experiential. We begin by exploring what is present for you that day. Using mindful attention and Compassionate Inquiry principles, we trace feelings and thoughts to their roots, gently revealing insight and new perspective.
What it is not?
Mental Health Coaching is not psychotherapy or a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. It does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions. It is a complementary, awareness-based approach focused on self-understanding, empowerment, and emotional growth.
