Sri Sri Yoga

Sri Sri Yoga is a gentle yet powerful discipline uniting the body, breath, and mind with complete awareness. It integrates elements from all the different paths of Yoga. The Sri Sri School of Yoga was founded by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, a global humanitarian and thought leader in yoga and meditation.
 
Sri Sri Yoga Practice is a powerful meditative flow based on the eight limbs of Yoga aimed at moving from a state of effort to an effortless experience of yoga, bringing you back to your natural Self.​

Each session is guided with sensitivity and care, tailored to the needs of the group, creating a safe environment where participants can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate emotional awareness through bodily experiences.
